THUMBS UP!!

1. ALWAYS check the sizes charts in the pictures and in the product details. They have multiple vendors who sometimes size differently 2.check the material to verify quality. If you pay attention to fabric you will have a better idea how it will behave on your body. I’ve been a customer for approx 3 yrs. I love that everything fits according to size chart esp. since I have SUCH a hard time finding clothes that fit me in stores. Love 120 item option. Somehow, looking at 3 pages with 120items is easier than 36 with 10 items I can rarely make it past page 7. Also love the calf length filter. I can’t wear knee length bc they fit me like minis or tunics. It’s the little things that make all the difference.

Dont do it

Dont do it. First order went fine, ordered a second time. Asked them what the status of my order was. They told me I hadn't made an order ( only after they had charged my card), even though it was shown ON THE FRONT PAGE OF MY PROFILE. I told them the order number, I told them the transaction number and they still couldnt figure it out. I tried to reach out to a different part of their company, was told they couldnt find it and needed to deal with the first lady who couldnt even find my order. I contacted my bank and opened an complaint for a fraudulent charge and then they decide they're going to send it after I tried to cancel my order that didnt exist. Save yourself the hassle. The sizing is also weird the only thing worth buying from them was the jackets

Im a happy customer

Im a happy customer, I ordered 1 synthetic wig a few months ago, i wasnt sure whether i was gonna get it or not but to my suprise it was delivered. It is extremely gorgeous, I LOVE IT. I just hope the other 2 wigs order no. RRM191101134540495 will give me the same satisfaction . Pls dont disappoint me. Thank you Gamiss. South Africa

I made two orders on this site

I made two orders on this site, every time I ordered wigs. The first order was with a natural hair wig, and in the second order 2 synthetic hair wigs.The natural hair wig was not of natural hair but of synthetic hair. The second order, the two wigs of synthetic hair: one was as in the description, less hair than it looked in pictures. The second wig does not look like the product shown in the pictures.
Customer service is very fast and very kind in solving complaints.

Customer Appreciate

I order all the time from Gamiss , I love theirs products , they have very nice products , as a reasonable price . I ordered a wig , I have ordered several wigs . This wig also was everything I thought it would be , I don't have the patience to sit and get my hair weaved , so I ordered a wig that is how I wanted my hair weave , it is absolutely gorgeous .

Never received my order or refund

Ordered Christmas presents in November, received 1/2 the order in February, the other half the cancelled in May, never notified me and gave me a "store credit". Like I would ever order from them again, SMH.
On June 17th they sent me a message saying they were refunding the money, it is now July 1st and no such thing as happen. They are liars to boot!

Fantastic service!

I ordered a shirt for my husband which was unfortunately too tight around the arms - I emailed the Gamiss team about this issue and received a reply within 24 hours, offering me a cash refund which I received immediately to my account.

I will definitely be buying from them again!

They are all small, I would need atleast 5 XL for all, even shoe should be 44 instead of 43

I placed an order on the 11th of January and paid $81.10 through Pay Pal but when I checked the status of my order on your website it says that I have no orders. Why would you take money if there was no order. I cannot get through on your "magic Jack" I was on your live chat telling me estimated wait time 30 seconds for over an hour and I then started researching your company and WOW do people seem to hate you en mass! I WANT MY ORDER CANCELED AND A CASH REFUND THROUGH PAY PAL. I will get my refund regardless because I went through pay pal so you may as well cough it up now.
